Prices are charged per day / part day, e.g. Friday-Monday would be 4
chargeable days, regardless of arrival / collection times

We charge the same 365 days per year, however bookings over the Christmas period will incur an extra one-off £10 payment, 100% of which will be paid directly to team members who worked over the Christmas period.

Cash on collection, or via Stripe - please log into your account to pay.

Deposits

A deposit of 50% is due within 48 hours of booking please, this will be requested when you make a booking request. Deposits are refundable up to 4 weeks before your arrival date (minus a £20 admin fee). We will hold the space for 48 hours, then if no deposit is received, the space will be open for others to book.

Included:

Plenty of fresh hays, a variety of herbs & dried grass

A vast selection of fresh supermarket bought / home grown veg

Well lit accommodation purpose built and meticulously maintained by a professional hopperty developer!

Also included in the price are treats, hides, bowls, water bottles, litter trays, a regular brush and heaps of our devoted time, love & attention.

Prices do not include pellets - please bring enough of your usual brand to last the holiday.

Extra charges:

Medication procedures will incur a higher charge from 50p-£2 per dose

Should your pet require emergency veterinary attention during their stay with us, we charge £20/hr to cover our time/travel costs. We travel to local vets (i.e. within 10 miles) only.

Regular bathing / bottom cleaning due to medical conditions etc. This will be quoted separately. We do not offer a general grooming service.

Purchase our rosewood boredom busters, such as carrot cottages or hay cubes, or treat your pets with our homemade herb and willow boxes.

Things to consider:

Please disclose before booking, if there are any extra requirements, such as regular bathing / bottom cleaning due to medical conditions etc.

No discounts are given for early collection of pets. You will be charged until the original collection date

If you are late collecting your pets they may need to be moved to temporary accommodation. The usual daily rate will be charged

We cannot board unneutered male bunnies

We cannot administer sub-cut injections

We cannot attend routine vet visits during your pet's stay with us, but you are welcome to arrange this with a local pet taxi

Discounts:

A 20% discount is offered for guests staying longer than 6 weeks. The first 6 weeks are charged at normal rate.
