Directions to Woodcroft Warrens

1. From the A12 take the Ingatestone turn off

2. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the B1002

3. At the roundabout take the first exit again onto Roman Road

4. Take the first left onto Saint Anne's Road

5. At the end of St Annes Road turn left

6. Continue on Thoby Lane until you have to stop and give way – not before

7. Take a sharp left into Hay Green Lane

8. In approx. 3/4 mile you will reach a row of houses on your left hand side

9. We are “Woodcroft”, the 4th house on the left
